Thai blue tea from Clitoria flowers. Here, in Thailand, it is called "Anchan", in China and Tibet - "Chang Shu". The Latin (botanical) name of the plant is Clitoria Ternatea. It is popularly called "Butterfly Pea". Originally from tropical equatorial Asia, Clitoria is widespread in Thailand, Nepal, Myanmar.
