Argentine unrefined mate became a legend of South America. It has a strong, but at the same time mild tonic effect, adapted to use with the usual "tea brewing". Contains pieces of sprigs of mate, which makes its taste sweet and mild.
One of the methods of brewing mate (ethnic tea):
Portion: two teaspoons per 350 ml cup and one additional teaspoon per teapot.
Brew time: 1 minute at a temperature of 95 °C.
Special conditions: mate must be drunk immediately, as soon as it has cooled enough. During traditional brewing, calabash and bombilla are used. At the same time, the portion increases to 30 grams, and the time of use (in the case of constant boiling) — up to 30 minutes.
