Dragon Pearl or Moth Hua Long Zhu is one of the most popular jasmine teas. It is in great demand both in China and around the world. The original shape of pearl teapots allows you to preserve the taste and aroma of both the tea itself and jasmine flowers, which are a classic flavoring agent for drinks from the Celestial Empire.
The poetic name of tea is explained in different ways. According to one of the legends, one brave girl asked the Great Dragon to save her brother from a serious illness. The dragon throws a pearl to the ground, which instantly sprouted and a beautiful tea bush grew from it. The girl took care of the plant, gathering young leaves, which she carefully rolled into balls together with the jasmine leaves. A decoction of these "pearls" cured the brother, and the fame of the miraculous knowledge spread throughout China.
For Moly Hua Long Zhong tea, only the top two leaves are used, which are processed by hand. Aromatization of the Dragon Pearl takes place in a natural way - semi-finished balls are laid out for drying between flowering jasmine bushes. Sensitive to smells, tea absorbs the aroma of flowers and preserves them.
Dragon's pearl brewed tea gives a clear infusion of golden color. During brewing, the tea "pearls" open like beautiful flower buds, and this sight in itself is worthy of admiration, not to mention the stunning aroma of jasmine that fills everything around. The taste of tea Moli Hua Long Zhu is also worthy of praise - light fruit motifs successfully contrast the freshness of green tea, and sweet jasmine leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
