Description

Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needles) — Elite Pressed White Tea, 100g

Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needles) is the "champagne" of the tea world and the highest grade in the white tea classification. It consists exclusively of selected, very first spring buds covered with thick silvery down. The 100-gram cake format is ideal for Yunnan raw materials: pressing allows the tea to gain even more depth, honey sweetness, and noble maturity over time.

Taste and Aroma

Silver Needles offer one of the most sophisticated and purest flavor profiles:

  • Aroma: Delicate, with notes of a blooming garden, spring honey, white flowers, and a light touch of fresh hay.
  • Flavor Profile: Velvety, sweetish, and weightless. Notes of nectar, apricot, and a light berry acidity intertwine in the taste.
  • Aftertaste: Long-lasting, clean, and refreshing, with a distinct natural sweetness.

Tea Features

This is a tea for true aesthetes, valued for its minimal processing and maximum health benefits.

Origin: Yunnan Province, China
Type: White tea (consists only of buds)
Form: Pressed cake (100 grams)
Effect: Powerful antioxidant, gently tones, refreshes thoughts, and provides a state of serenity and harmony.

Fun Fact: Bai Hao Yin Zhen from Yunnan differs from its Fujian counterpart by having a more pronounced sweetness and better endurance during brewing. The pressed form allows it to "breathe" and improve with each year of storage.

How to brew?

  1. Water Temperature: 80–85°C. Be sure to let the boiling water cool down to preserve the delicate aroma and vitamins.
  2. Teaware: A glass teapot (to admire the silvery buds) or a porcelain gaiwan.
  3. Method: We recommend the infusion method (gongfu). Start with 25-35 seconds, gradually increasing the time.
  4. Dosage: 5-8 grams per 150-200 ml of water.

Experience the purity of Yunnan mountains. Bai Hao Yin Zhen from White Dragon — benchmark tenderness in every cup.
