Oolong Ginseng combines the properties of two beneficial products, such as semi-fermented tea and healing ginseng. It is produced mainly in Taiwan, where it grows high in the mountains. Oolong tea leaves are very tightly twisted into small lumps. After fermentation, they are sprinkled with ginseng powder or root extract. Densely twisted lumps of leaves unfold completely only after 3-4 brewings, and each brewing is distinguished by its own taste. It is not recommended to drink more than one cup of tea per day, otherwise the so-called tea intoxication may occur. However, moderate consumption of this type of tea will strengthen the nervous system, increase the body's performance and help concentration.
