Ti Guan Yin is an oolong of medium fermentation. The official history of local tea dates back to 1736, when it was included in the imperial register.
In dry form, Te Guan Yin is medium-sized balls of spherical twist with bright green tones. The aroma is delicate, fresh, floral.
The infusion is transparent, golden-green in color, turns yellow during tea making.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is fresh, floral with woody and fruity notes. The taste is soft, slippery, sweet. The aroma is delicate, light. Pleasant silky taste.
Brew with boiling water at 95 °C at the rate of approximately 6 g per 120 ml of water in a teapot made of porous clay for weakly fermented oolongs or in a gaiwan. Starting from 15 sec. brewing and gradually bringing the brewing time to 2 minutes, you can brew 5-6 times.
