Up to 60 kilograms of tea leaves are needed to produce 1 kg of tea resin, that is why the price of good quality cha gao cannot be low. It is difficult to buy Chao Gao of excellent quality not only in Ukraine, but even in China.
Taste without bitterness, dense but soft, really deep. It is impossible to describe it, that is why it is worth trying.
It is better to brew in a transparent container to regulate the exposure. The infusion changes its shade from amber to dark cognac.
