Yunnan Yunxian National Eco-Tea Organic Sheng Puer 2018 is made from spring shoots of young upright puerh trees in Linzang County (2018 harvest).
Tea leaf: The tips (untangled buds) of puerh trees are blended with a small amount of young leaves;)
In dry form - a 100-gram pancake, loosely pressed, easily separated into whole brown-green flagella of twisted leaves, hairy silvery buds and medium-sized cuttings. The aroma of dry tea is rich, fruity and spicy. The infusion is transparent, of a yellowish-olive shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright, lively, woody and fruity with hints of roasted chestnuts, camphor, spring flowers, forest mushrooms, spicy herbs and tree resins. Rich aroma of "fruit compote" with a smoky note. The taste is dense, juicy and tart, with a slight fruity sourness and the chill of mint. Intense, juicy taste.
Brew with boiling water at 85-95 °C in a teapot or in a ceramic gaiwan with thick walls. The proportion of brewing to water is 5-7 g per 150 ml. Drink by pouring with a gradual increase in exposure. Preserves taste and aroma for up to 10 brews.
The factory is located in the Yunnan province of China, in the very heart of the Puer region—Lingtian County.
Production area of Yunnan Yunxian National Eco-Tea Industry CO., Ltd. tea plant. is 5,320 m, the area of plantations is more than 8,000 m. 53 people work at the tea factory, and during the harvest season, an additional 164 seasonal workers are attracted + the factory is serviced by technical staff, engineers, assistants and interns of agricultural universities.
