Shen puerh "Tsang Er" produced by the Xiaguan factory. Cang Er is a series of premium shen puerh produced by the Xiaguan factory since 2001. Cang Er is short for Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake in Yunnan Province. A distinctive feature of this puerh is the presence of a large number of flashes.
Color, taste and aroma
Greenish-golden infusion with a rich, deep aroma. In the dry leaf, notes of smoked leather, in the brew, light tobacco-smoky shades. A multifaceted taste with interesting chords that unfold from pour to pour. Bright, juicy, but not sharp. It leaves a long binding aftertaste.
