Description

Shu Pu'er in tangerine is a delicious and unusual tea with a pronounced citrus aroma, mild taste and amazing properties. Such Pu'er is made once a year in October 112, when the tangerine harvest is harvested in China. 15 grams of loose young Yunnan Puerh (Gunting) and one yellow tangerine are used to make this tea. The cap is cut off from the tangerine, all the pulp is extracted and Puerh falls asleep. Then it is covered with a hat and for several hours at a certain temperature it is in a roasting cabinet, where it dries and rises.

Recommendations for brewing

A teapot, gaiwan or flask is suitable for brewing.
Pour boiling water over the dishes to warm them up.
Put half of the tangerine content in a volume of 100-120 ml.
We strongly recommend washing the Pu-erh. Pour boiling water at 95-98 degrees and drain after 30-40 seconds or do it twice for 20 seconds. This will help clean the tea leaf and allow it to open.
Further brews should be from 30 seconds to 1 minute. So, Puerh in mandarin can be brewed several times.
