"Old Tea Heads" (Lao Cha Tou, Chinese) from the Xin Wen Factory is an aged 2013 Shu Pu'er. A large leaf and a moderate amount of tea buds are used in the blend. Such a balance of blending, together with aging, make the tea soft, pleasant and calm. The pressing of the pancake is moderately dense, the petal is easily separated into parts with a puerh knife or an awl.
The aroma of dry tea is thin and soft, woody. The finished infusion is clean, transparent, without impurities, red-chestnut shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is calm, soft, sweet, woody-confectionery, with subtle nuances of spices and berries. The aroma is low, nauseating spicy-woody. The taste is juicy, slippery, sweet, slightly tart and astringent, which turns into a pleasant aftertaste with berry acidity.
A good option for daily teas both in the morning and in the afternoon. A very simple, but at the same time harmonious tea, relieves fatigue and stress well. Tea is not re-brewed during long-term infusion. Suitable for fans of soft, calm shu. Wonderfully relaxes, collects the mind and plunges the mind into a calm, measured state.
