The original shu pu'er "Yunnan Yunxian 0652 2014" is made at the Yunnan Yunxian National Eco-Tea factory. In this region, tea trees grow in natural conditions, they are not pruned or sprayed with chemicals. Most of them were planted in the 19th century. This fact once again speaks of the quality of the tea leaf.
In dry form - a 100-gram petal, compressed quite tightly, but easily broken by fingers, the raw material is uniform. The aroma is thin, mature, nutty and woody. Infusion is transparent, red-brown shade.
The bouquet of the finished tea is complex, mature, polyphonic, nutty and berry with woody notes and nuances typical of Shen Pu-erhs. The taste is extremely soft, silky, polished over time, gradually unfolding. Elegant and subtle in the first drafts, it tastes like aged shens, as if the accelerated fermentation process was only partially done in the first place. By the middle of the tea, the taste acquires juiciness and depth, revealing notes of nuts and berries, light acidity and sweet nuances of dried fruits, causing a slight anemia of the receptors. By the end of the tea party, it goes into woody, chocolate and nutty shades, without showing astringency or bitterness in any of the stages. The aroma is subtle, mature, amber. The aftertaste is extremely juicy, velvety and long.
Brew with boiling water 95-100 °C. Brewing to water ratio: approximately 5-7 g per 150 ml. For the first time, insist 8-10 seconds, then drink pouring, gradually increasing the exposure. In the indicated proportion, it keeps the taste and aroma of 8-10 brews.
