Brew with boiling water 95-100 °C in a clay teapot or in a gaiwan with thick walls. Brewing to water ratio: approximately 5-7 g per 150 ml. After washing for the first time, insist 10-15 seconds, then drink pouring, gradually increasing the exposure. Retains taste and aroma for 6-8 brewings.
The effect is warming and gathering: fills the body with energy, refreshes perception, stimulates mental and physical activity.
