In order to make 1 kg of ready-made tea, you need to collect 120-140 thousand small tender buds, which must then be withered, twisted, subjected to fermentation and dried.
In dry form, medium-sized flagella of purple-brown, almost black buds with silvery-red fluff. The aroma of dry tea is intense, bright, floral and berry. The infusion is transparent, with a light nut shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright, warm, refined, with many subtle, ringing notes - floral, honey, strawberry, nutmeg, citrus, biscuit, currant and spices. Gentle, warming, lulling fragrance. The taste is soft and at the same time juicy, dense, silky, sweet, with excellent acidity - it changes a lot during the tea and turns into a wonderful, long refreshing aftertaste.
Brew with boiling water 95-100 °C in a deep kettle or in a gaivan. Proportion of brewing to water: 4-5 gr. for 150 ml. Drink by pouring with a gradual increase in exposure. Successfully withstands 7-10 brews.
