Due to the centuries-old practice of making matcha green tea, a special design of the whisk was produced - it is made from a solid piece of bamboo and three types of bamboo are used at the same time - burnt, fresh and dried.
Before each use, it is advisable to soak the whisk in water for 30 minutes. During whipping, it is not recommended to touch the bottom of the cup, so as not to damage the hairs.
