Aged white teas are not as common as aged puerhs, but believe me, they are no less interesting!
Pressed white tea "Shou Mei" comes from Fuding County (Fujian Province). Shou Mei translates to "Elder's Eyebrows" and looks very similar to Bai Mu Daniel, but unlike it, Shou Mei has a darker leaf because it is harvested later than Bai Mu Danen. Collected in spring, from April to June. It may seem that the composition of the tea includes a coarse leaf, but in fact, only the most delicate leaves are used during production.
A large sheet with a large number of fluffy buds of medium size is distinguished by a rich aroma of flowers and fruits. During brewing, the infusion acquires a pleasant golden hue. The taste is deep, rich and memorable for a long time. The dry pial has the aroma of birch sap and spring honey. The aftertaste is refreshing, long, iridescent.
Great tea for cozy teas. It goes well with both warm and cool seasons. It is absolutely undemanding in brewing, it opens up well both in brewing tea and in cooking over an open fire. A good option both in the morning and in the afternoon. Refreshes well, gently and pleasantly tones, relieves stress and fatigue.
