Quality white teas in China are considered the most refined and valuable type of tea drinks. It is particularly popular along with three more Fudin teas: White Peony, Show Mei and Silver Needle.
Gong Mei tea comes from the same family of white teas, which are native to Fuding, Fujian province. For its production the upper kidney and four leaves are used.
